Whether you have a handful of records or a box full, Susan will read and synthesize the records into a 3-5 page report that takes into account your child’s school history, strengths and areas of need. This review will assist in noting patterns and discrepancies regarding your child’s school history, skill development and assessments. The report concludes with recommendations and questions that will guide you in developing a plan towards getting your child’s needs met. Susan will take the time it takes to answer questions, explain the academic assessments without jargon and discuss ways to best help your child learn. This understanding of special educational assessments and the impact they have on your child is key to helping the IEP team to develop a plan that is right for your child.
